Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Please return items in their original packaging to support our commitment to sustainability.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at enquiries@peninsulalondon.co.uk with your order number and item details.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the items in the original packaging, if possible, and securely seal the package.
  3. Return Shipping: A pre-paid return label will be provided for orders within the UK and EU. For returns from outside the UK and EU, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and for the package until it reaches our facility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
